Feeling valued and supported at work is linked to higher levels of team-member wellbeing, while workplaces which promote wellbeing have happier employees who are more motivated and productive. So far in this module we have looked at the importance of team communication, practice culture and good leadership.
In the next few sections, we’ll cover various concepts and tools you can use to improve your team’s overall health and communication. We’ll discuss DEIB, EQ, and the concerns of Burnout and Compassion Fatigue. Don’t worry if you aren’t familiar with some or all of these terms yet, we’ll explain that and more as we go.
