Now let’s shift to the positive and focus on things you can do to make communicating with team members more satisfying and effective. In this lesson you’ll learn about team briefings, orchestrating effective patient handovers, using close-looped communication, using a technique borrowed from aviators, and using a “graded assertiveness” technique to make raising concerns more natural in a team setting.
